What do you get when you combine an album named after a badass killer Greek God, Titties and a debut from our good homie DJ Yorker? That’s easy! Hot Pink Delorean’s Album Release party at U Street Music Hall on 12/22 featuring Tittsworth and DJ Yorker!

Hot Pink Delorean’s album title “The Revenge of Sisyphus” comes from Greek mythology, not the revenge of syphilis. Sisyphus was a Greek King who profoundly fed off of his deceitful nature and killa mentality. His punishment for going HAM was to roll a boulder up a hill until he reached the top for a chance of redemption. Unfortunately my homie never made it up that hill, but this might just be Sisyphus’ come back from the underworld because the tracks on this album sounds as if the speakers are trynna start shit! This is definitely a heavy album, so I have no doubt that Thursday will be insane!

I can’t stress enough how epic Thursday is going to be at UHall! Not only will we be able to get a live listen to HPD’s new album on the notorious sound system, but Tittsworth will also be in the building blessing us with one more show before the year is over. Titts has kept himself very busy this year. Starting it off with the dope EP release Two Strokes Raw, then touring Asia, New Zealand and Australia. His dope collaborations with artists like Alvin Risk, and Nadastrom brought us memorable tracks like “Pendejas” and “Diabluma Theme”. The Octo Mix was also highly anticipated, an hour long mix that brought epic records all in one track. Let’s not forget about how this homie grinds his ass off for UHall and T&A records on the daily! All in all, it’s been a productive year for Jesse and we are looking forward to another phenomenal year to come.
