I’m a fan of the weird and extreme and often times enjoy the best sativa weed while watching movies that make you question what you just saw. Below is just a peek at some movies that I have come to enjoy time and time again and a new one I got put on to by Jelani. For fucked up factors I will rate each film by octopus tentacles, with of course 8 being the most fucked up shit ever seen.

Spun (2002)

This movie is similar to a more popular film you mostly likely have seen called “Requiem for a Dream”, but where Requiem stops Spun picks up, and shoots it into your veins. This movie is about a guy named Ross who is a meth freak and his circle of “friends” who indulge in the glamorous world of Meth. The movie has a sick cast with John Leguizamo, Jason Schwartzman, Brittany Murphy, Mickey Rourke and the list goes on and on. If you have ever wondered what it must be like to not only be a meth head but what the high is like then Spun is the movie for you.

Feed (2005)

The Feeder and the fed. It’s an underground world that you get brought into that all revolves around food. Obsession is the name of the game and whether you want to be fed or be the feeder, everybody has got their on role in this film. This huge Internet sub-culture is displayed in all its weird nasty awesomeness in this Australian film. You wont ever look at food the same way again.

A Scanner Darkly

One of the best animated films I’ve seen. A Scanner Darkly is a mind bender of a movie that takes you on a mental fuck ride where you don’t know which character is sane or insane. Is what you’re seeing real or is it all made up? How good is this weed I’m smoking? These are all questions I asked myself while watching A Scanner Darkly and you will too. Great cast with Robert Downey stealing the show. Don’t want to reveal much about this one its better if you just dive right in.

I give it 4 tentacles for its mind fuck (but 7 if I’m high)

A Serbian Film

Have you ever wanted to see the porn version of SAW? I think this might be the question Jelani asked himself when he picked up this film. It’s about a retired porn star that gets back in the game for an independent project to make the real money only to find himself agreeing to a film he wasn’t quite keen on. This is a movie that will kill your sex drive for at least 24 hours or until you can get yourself drunk enough to where you forget this film altogether. When I say fucked up, I mean fucked up. Don’t watch this with others. Watch it under a blanket in your bedroom ALONE!!
