Moombahton Massive IX & Tittsworth x Craze Recording – by Casey

Is there any better way to work off that big Thanksgiving feast than by getting fr33ky on the dance floor?  Step away from the cranberry sauce, overcome the tryptophan, and head to U Street Music Hall this Thursday night for Moombahton Massive IX featuring Nadastrom, Sabo, and our girl Jen Lasher.  It’s what the pilgrims would’ve done if they had moombahton in the 1600s, I swear.  Anyway…

We’ve got a lot to be thankful for in this Year of Moombahton!  Almost every month of 2011 has been host to a super raging Moombahton Massive.  We’ve had the chance to see our favorite moombahtonistas from around the world play live for us right in our backyard.  Mama Nada came through every time with those deliciously addictive empanadas.  And Dave Nada’s hair has maintained its Pantene Perfection.  What more could we ask for?!

But on Thursday night, we’ll be celebrating something a bit more tangible – Nadastrom’s El Baile Diabluma EP, released via Scion A/V.   El Baile Diabluma is a six-track EP that was released for free thanks to Scion A/V, so there’s no excuse why you shouldn’t have it by now.  Diabluma shows a new face of moombahton – something a bit deeper and sensual, if you will.  Even better, Nadastrom’s original tracks, including the single “i!!, which they shot their very first music video for, are joined by remixes from some of their closest pals, like Sabo, Jen Lasher, Munchi, and our very own Tittsworth.  Diabluma is kind of a big deal and everyone involved has a lot to be proud of.  So bring your turkey ass out on Thursday so we can celebrate like a real family (excluding any parental judgments about why you haven’t moved out yet or why you have so many tattoos).

To warm you up for the upcoming Moombahton Massive, we’ve got a treat for you! The last Moombahton Massive was insane, and some how the parties just get better and better each time! The line up for that one was pretty much amazing with Craze, Tittsworth, Sabo, Billy the Gent, Cam Jus, Obeyah, and Thomas Blondet! To top it all off it was Billy’s birthday, he sure partied to fit the occasion. Tittsworth and Craze brought a new level of energy and made the crowd go hard! Enjoy this recording and be sure to make it out to the next Moombahton Massive on November 24th!

And because we’re feeling a bit generous here at Tittsworth.com, we’re offering up a pair of tickets for Moombahton Massive IX (aaaaaand a deep-fried animal of Tittsworth’s choosing.)  AYE!  Anyway, what’s the best name for the masked dudes in the Nadastrom video for “i!!”, the first single from their El Diabluma EP? Best response gets the tickets!
