When DJ’s Attack: Tittsworth vs. Chicken

While on this last Asian tour I gotta shout out my man, the King of Nha Trang, Quinn Louie, for the unparalleled hospitality. He and his family took me to the vietnamese countryside and made an amazing meal with farm fresh ingredients and animals. After joining the family in preparing the food and butchering the chicken, we ate on the living room floor while Quinn’s grandpa tried to force homemade moonshine on us. Also I learned that all you need to de-feather a chicken is hot water. An unforgettable experience!
