Zombie Squid Dishes

Personally, I’m a huge fan of having sea food as fresh as possible. The omega-3 acids are stronger in fresh fish, and the flavors are that much richer. Eating the undead however is something that’s a bit strange, even for me. I’ve been seeing several videos pop up about places in Asia that are able to make squids move after death due to a nervous system reaction to different sauces. I’m not sure if I would be able to keep a straight face, but I’m down to try it out… I think.
