T&A Bonus Thursday: Johnny Love Remix/Ayres Friends Mix -By Denman

Since we adore you all so much, we thought we’d hook you up with a little more T&A today…..

Ironically, the first comes courtesy of T&B. As we’ve mentioned before, Johnny Love’s the Switch has emerged from a monster track, to a monster EP, and all the way up to a monster of a remix EP, all of which was released courtesy of T&A Records. As such, we’ve already given away the Ayres/Skinny Friedman remix, (see that second link above), but this week saw fam label Trouble & Bass giving away the stellar Torro Torro Remix as well (which makes sense as Johnny is also behind the sinister sound of Deathface….)

While the entire EP is solid, I do find myself a bit partial to the Torro Torro remix, so all the more fortunate that you can grab it gratis. Hit up the T&B blog and cop that track:

And, of course, if you desire the rest of the Johnny Love-The Switch Remixes EP, (as in, “You should desire…”), you can buy it HERE

The final tasty bit of T&A today comes courtesy of the capital “A” himself, Ayres, who, also this week, dropped a saccharine sweet mix centered around people he personally and/or professionally calls friends. His Friends mix is chock full goods from the likes of Munchi, Nadastrom, Tittsworth, Sabo, Rob Threezy, Zombies for Money, our own Petey’s Clicks & Whistles (do not sleep on this group!!), and labels such as Mad Decent, Trouble & Bass, Plant, Dubsided, and Fools Gold, and many more. It’s a fairly good cross-cut of people who are in our circle of the DJ community, and it’s all a straight killer mix. Given it a spin, and also note it has a free download.

Tracklist, and deeply enthusiastic description can be found on the T&A website:
